Hey there,

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being part of this community. You’re the reason I do what I do, and I love knowing we’re on this journey to better health and balance together. Grab a cup of coffee (or tea!), and let’s catch up.

Coaching Tips: How to Say No Without Guilt

I see it all the time: we say “yes” to everyone else and end up saying “no” to ourselves. If that’s you, try this simple mindset shift:

  • Pause before answering. When someone asks for your time, take a deep breath and say, “Let me think about it.”
  • Ask yourself: “Is this a ‘heck yes’ for me?” If it’s not, then it’s a no—and that’s okay!

Remember, protecting your time isn’t selfish—it’s self-care.

Quick Meditation: A Minute to Ground Yourself

Wherever you are, take a moment to pause.

  1. Sit tall, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose.
  2. Hold it for a count of four.
  3. Exhale slowly through your mouth.
  4. Repeat three times, imagining any tension melting away like butter on warm toast.

Feel better? That’s the power of just one minute of mindfulness.

Thanks again for being here. Your presence means the world to me, and I can’t wait to see what we achieve together in the months ahead.

With gratitude and a virtual hug,
 Rhonda

P.S. Got a question, thought, or idea you’d like to share? I’m all ears!
